Return application

1. The Customer has the right to order the Product ordered from the e-store return within 14 days of receiving the Product.

2. In order to return the product, it is necessary to send it to the Customer withdrawal application to the e-mail address info@sleepyestonia.ee.

3. Return of the Product shall be made in the same manner as the Product Delivered to the customer. Using the return methods offered by the E-store, is Returning the products to the Customer free of charge.

* Products received from Itella SmartPOST parcel machine Please return the parcel machine using the same door code as when receiving the package.

* Products received from Omniva parcel machine Please return the parcel machine using the return code sent via SMS. You will find the arrival of this parcel notification.

 * DPD from the parcel machine Please return the received Products via parcel machine using SMS return code. You will find this package in the arrival notification.

 * To receive the products received by DPD courier, please write to our e-mail to the address info@sleepyestonia.ee or call +372 55668177 (Mon-Fri 8 am-5pm).

4. The Customer must return the Product to the Seller first if possible, but not later than 14 days after the withdrawal sending.

5. Returnable The product must be in its original packaging and must not be used, damaged, soiled or otherwise traced.

6. The Seller shall bear the cost of the returned Product and Postage paid by the Customer for the delivery of the Product will be returned to the Customer to the current account within 14 days of the Product being returned to the Seller.
